Terms of Service

Neegy lets you upload one photo, add optional instructions, and generate an edited image that places the Neegy character into the uploaded scene. The service may also provide accounts, promotional or paid credits, generation history, public galleries, subscriptions, and related features.

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. Neegy is not directed to children under 13.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in method, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

• Each Neegy meme generation costs 1 credit.
• A newly created account receives 1 promotional credit. Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.
• The credit is deducted when a generation request is created. If Neegy records the task as failed or cancelled, that credit is automatically returned to the account.
• A completed generation is considered consumed even if the result does not match your personal preference. AI output is probabilistic, so a specific pose, composition, or level of resemblance is not guaranteed.
• Paid credit packs and subscriptions are subject to the price, quantity, billing period, and expiry information shown at checkout or in your account.

You keep the rights you already hold in photos, prompts, and other material you submit. You must own that material or have all permissions needed to upload and use it with Neegy.

If a photo identifies another person, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consent needed to upload, edit, and publicly display the resulting image. Do not upload confidential material, intimate images without consent, or content involving a child unless you are legally authorized and the use is appropriate.

You grant Neegy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and process submitted material as needed to create your requested image and to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

Neegy generations are public by design. The “Public result” setting is currently required and cannot be turned off. A generated result may be viewable or shareable online and may be selected for display in the Neegy gallery or in presentations of the Neegy service. Do not generate an image that you need to keep private.

You grant Neegy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute generated results for operating the service, maintaining generation history, presenting the public gallery, and showing how Neegy works. This license does not transfer ownership of your original photo to Neegy.

You may request removal of a result by contacting us. We may retain limited records or backup copies where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, legal compliance, and system integrity.

You may not use Neegy to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• violates a law or another person’s rights;
• includes child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or exploitative content;
• depicts non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, credible threats, or hateful abuse;
• facilitates fraud, deceptive impersonation, defamation, or invasion of privacy;
• contains malware or attempts to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or misuse the service; or
• infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other proprietary rights.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing a result before downloading, publishing, or relying on it. Neegy does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright or other protection.

The Neegy name, character, logos, site design, software, and service-provided text or graphics are owned by or licensed to Neegy. Your use of the generator does not transfer ownership of those materials. You may share generated memes subject to these Terms, but you may not imply sponsorship, sell access to the service, or use the Neegy brand in a misleading way.

To report content that you believe infringes your rights, email us with the location of the content, a description of the protected work or right, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the issue.

Some parts of Neegy, such as sign-in and payment, may be provided through outside services. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply when you choose to use them. An interruption to an outside service may temporarily affect the related Neegy feature.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account has violated these Terms, creates legal or security risk, abuses credits or payment systems, or threatens the service or other people. You may stop using Neegy at any time and may contact us about account or content deletion.

Neegy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or any particular generation result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neegy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or harm arising from user content or reliance on AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may revise these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
