• Account information: name, email address, profile image, account status, and information needed to sign you in.
• Generation content: uploaded photos, optional instructions, generated images, public result status, generation progress, errors, and generation history.
• Credit and purchase information: credit grants, balances, usage records, purchases, subscriptions, billing status, and refund or dispute information. Neegy does not store your full payment card number.
• Usage and security information: basic information about how the service is accessed and used, such as IP address, browser type, and events needed to prevent abuse or diagnose errors.
• Communications: information you include when you contact us for support, privacy requests, refunds, or content removal.

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts and sessions;
• upload source photos, submit generation requests, store results, and show generation history;
• make results public and select eligible results for the Neegy gallery;
• manage promotional and paid credits, subscriptions, purchases, refunds, and disputes;
• prevent abuse, investigate errors, protect users, and maintain the service;
• respond to support, legal, privacy, and removal requests; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms.

Your uploaded photo and instructions are processed by AI to create the image you request. They may also be used as needed to maintain your generation history, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests. Do not upload secrets or material that requires confidential treatment.

The completed image is saved to your account so it can appear in your generation history.

Generated results are public by design, and the public setting is currently mandatory. A result may be viewed or shared online and may be selected for the Neegy gallery. Because a result can include people, locations, or other details from the source photo, you should only upload material that you are comfortable processing and potentially displaying publicly.

Contact us to request removal of a public result. Removal from active display may not immediately remove cached copies, backups, or copies lawfully saved by other people before removal.

We share information only as needed with companies that help us provide account access, AI generation, storage, security, customer support, payments, subscriptions, and refunds. They may use the information only for the services they provide to us or as otherwise allowed by their own terms and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Neegy uses cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember essential settings, and operate account features. A sign-in option you choose may also be governed by that service’s privacy notice.

We retain account, generation, and public result information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Purchase and credit records may be kept for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. Security logs and backups may remain for a limited period after active data is removed.

Retention can vary by data type and operational need. You may contact us to request account, source image, or result deletion. We will assess the request under applicable law and may retain information where a lawful exception applies.

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information may be handled in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, and to complain to a privacy regulator. You may also request removal of a public result or ask questions about how your information is handled.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

Neegy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Neegy, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this Policy as Neegy’s features or legal obligations change. The updated date will appear above.
